These terms govern the booking, coordination, warranties and use of cristallimpio professional glass cleaning services.

Professional Service Contract

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By requesting, confirming or paying for a service, you accept the conditions that apply to cleaning glass, storefronts, windows, screens, enclosures and glazed surfaces.

Introduction and Scope

These Terms govern professional glass cleaning services provided by cristallimpio for homes, shops, offices, buildings, glass enclosures, screens and storefronts.

The exact scope of each service is confirmed according to surface area, accessibility, frequency, glass condition and the specific needs communicated by the client.

Quotes and Estimates

2.1 Indicative Quotes Prices published or communicated verbally are indicative and based on preliminary information. The final quote is confirmed after reviewing surface area, height, access, frequency and the actual condition of the glass.

2.2 Valid Final Quote The quote confirmed by cristallimpio defines the scope, price, schedule, included materials and service conditions. Any requested extension will be priced before execution.

Service Preparation and Execution

Access and Safety

The client will provide access to the work areas and notify special conditions such as height, obstacles, damaged glass or building restrictions.

Surface Care

cristallimpio uses products and tools suitable for glass, frames, screens and enclosures, minimizing marks, residue and disruption during the service.

If risks, previous damage, severe mineral staining or access limitations not previously reported are detected, the team may pause, adjust or reschedule the service by mutual agreement.

Payments and Invoicing

Economic conditions will be communicated clearly before starting the service. Depending on the intervention, cristallimpio may apply the following scheme:

  • Service ConfirmationReservation of date, schedule, work area and expected scope.
  • Execution and MaterialsService carried out with professional equipment and included products when agreed.
  • Final ReviewFinish check and service closure with invoice or receipt as applicable.

Responsibilities and Service Warranties

cristallimpio aims for a clear, bright and streak-free visual finish within the real possibilities of each surface. The warranty covers incidents attributable to the execution of the contracted service.

Visual Finish

Review of visible marks, haze or residue reported within a reasonable period after the service.

Existing Surfaces

Previous damage, scratches, embedded limescale, deteriorated seals or glass defects are not considered service failures.

Force majeure: We do not cover incidents caused by previous wear, later weather exposure, third-party handling, lack of safe access or structural deterioration of the surface.
